Our Policies

CHECK IN AND OUT POLICY
Check in time is 3 p.m.  Checkout time is 11 a.m.

RATES AND OCCUPANCY
All rates are quoted as double occupancy and are subject to NJ sales tax and hotel/motel tax.

CHILDREN AT THE INN
Well-behaved young adults over the age of 13 are welcomed. There are no trundles or roll-away beds available. Each room sleeps only two guests with no exceptions.

SMOKING
The entire Inn, the porches and all outbuildings are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the grounds with care and cleanliness recommended. Smoking in any of the rooms will invoke a one-time additional cleaning charge of $150.00. Furthermore, the act of smoking voids any discount rate and said occupant will be financially responsible for all discounted room revenues.

PETS
We love pets, dogs, cats and animals of all sorts, but they are not permitted at the Inn. Contact our neighbors at Green Acres Pet Resort for accommodations during your stay.

BOOKING
We attempt to be as flexible as possible to accommodate busy schedules and change of plans. There is no minimum stay requirement. We typically require 72 hours’ notice to cancel a reservation. Holiday bookings may be subject to longer cancellation periods.  In case of cancellation or no-show, we will run the card on file for one night’s stay plus taxes.

DAMAGES
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.

REMOVAL OF HOTEL PROPERTY
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges. Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
