Shannon’s Private Waters

Shannon’s Private Waters, a members-only private catch and release fishing club has access to our one-mile stretch of the South Branch of the Raritan River, offering an unparalleled, rustic, and pure fly-fishing experience within an hour of Manhattan or Philadelphia.

Membership also offers access to the nine pristine and fully-stocked ponds bordering the award-winning Black Oak Golf Course. Access to the ponds is available during selected hours for members of the Black Oak Golf Club and Shannon's Private Waters.

The club seeks excellence in fishing, advocates for preservation of our country’s natural resources, and builds camaraderie and friendship through sport, competition, and dialogue.
